We offer a wide range of Classes to suit everyone, whether you are a shift worker, studying or have family commitments, we have something just for you!

BOXING

YOUTH BOXING (12yrs- 17yrs)

- 45 Minutes -

This class offers great Self Defence techniques using fitness and boxing skills. It is a fun, competitive sport that everyone loves and enjoys. For many youths it can be hard to keep motivated and focused. This class helps build confidence, self-esteem and fitness to help them reach their full potential.

Monday & Wednesday
Time: 3:45 - 4:30 pm

BOXING

BOXING SPARRING

- 30 Minutes -

If you are interested in Boxing Competitively or testing your skills learnt from classes, than this is for you. This is a full contact class and is perfect for those wanting to take boxing to the next level. These sessions are designed to help you improve your defensive skills, footwork, range and striking.

Monday & Wednesday

Time: 7:00 - 7:30 pm

GRACIE BJJ

YOUTH JIU JITSU - All Levels

- 45 Minutes -

As your child gets older there is not a lot these days to help encourage them to get off the coach, turn off the computer or playstation and get fit. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get them hooked on something that is healthy, fun with great physical and mental benefits. This is the ultimate sport and form of self defense.

GRACIE BJJ

GRACIE JIU JITSU - Open Mats

- 60 Minutes -

Open mats is where you can put all the skills and techniques you have learnt in class in to practice. This is great for those who are competing or just want to improve their attack and defense. This class is for all levels and is a great way to meet other people in the gym who love this sport.

This is a fitness and circuit based class that is suited for all levels. We use boxing drills, skills and equipment to help improve your fitness and strength in a relaxed, friendly environment. Meet new people while having fun and learning at the same time. This is class is never boring and never the same.

GRAPPLING

GRACIE JIU JITSU - No Gi

- 60 Minutes -

This is an art form that is one of the most popular sports in the world and that is why MMA fighters are now training in it to become the ultimate fighter. This class is great for self defense, for those who want to compete in Grappling or MMA or for those that just want to learn the techniques or skills. Try it and you will be hooked.

GRACIE BJJ

GRACIE JIU JITSU - Beginners

(Duration varies, check Time Table) 

There is no experience required to participate in this class, it is for beginners to advanced. This class is designed to go over the basics continuously. We recommend the first time you try Jiu Jitsu you start in this class. It will teach you all the different positions, both attack and defense.

This class offers specialized Boxing techniques which will teach you the correct art of punching and blocking while getting fit at the same time. Footwork, defensive skills, conditioning and bag work will not only test you physically, but mentally as well. This is the ultimate form of fitness and stand up fighting.

KIDS JIU JITSU - All Levels

This specialized Self Defence class uses Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques in a fun and friendly environment. Our class is designed to build confidence, self-esteem while getting fit and having a great time. Let us help your child to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle while making some great friends along the way.

Using grappling and submission techniques Gracie Jiu Jitsu is known as the ultimate form of Self Defence. This is perfect for all people, whether you're short, tall, young or old. Jiu Jitsu uses leverage to take down an opponent. You don't have to be big and strong to use their weight/joints against them.
