The ages for the classes are as follows;
KIDS: (6yrs - 12yrs) - Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes Only
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT (YOUTH): (13yrs - 18yrs) - Adult Classes Only
TERTIARY STUDENT: (18yrs+) - Adult Classes Only
ADULT: (16yrs+) - Adult Classes Only

FITNESS
BOX CIRCUIT - All Levels

This class is designed to improve your fitness, strength, speed and stamina. We use various training methods from HIIT Training, Group Training to Continuous Rotating Stations. We guarantee you will see results with-in the 1st Month of training with out the need for long drawn out training sessions!

BOXING
FIGHT CLASS

If you are interested in Boxing Competitively or testing your skills learnt from classes, than this is for you. This is a full contact class and is perfect for those wanting to take boxing to the next level. These sessions are designed to help you improve your defensive skills, footwork, range and striking.

GRACIE JIU JITSU - Basics

This specialized Beginners class uses Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques in a fun and friendly environment. Our class is designed to build confidence, self-esteem while getting fit and having a great time. Let us help you live a healthy and balanced lifestyle while learning the art of Self Defence.

BOXING
BOXING - Basics

This class is great for first time boxers to competitive boxers. It is designed to continuously work on the boxing basics like, footwork, punch techniques & combinations, basic defensive skills, bag work and so much more. This will test you both physically and mentally while getting fit and learning a great sport.

This is a full contact Boxing Sparring session. This session has been designed for all those who compete in Amateur Boxing as well as those interested in testing their skills learnt from training. This session is monitored and controlled by a Licensed Boxing Coach so everyone grows.

GRACIE JIU JITSU - All Levels

Using grappling and submission techniques Gracie Jiu Jitsu is known as the ultimate form of Self Defence. This is perfect for all people, whether you're short, tall, young or old. Jiu Jitsu uses leverage to take down an opponent. You don't have to be big and strong to use their weight/joints against them.

This class will offer a hands on approach, specialized Boxing techniques, Boxing drills which will teach you the correct art of punching and blocking while getting fit at the same time. Footwork, defensive skills, conditioning pad and bag work will not only test you physically, but mentally as well. Every class is different and fun.

Open mats is where you can put all the skills and techniques you have learnt in class in to practice. This is great for those who are competing or just want to improve their attack and defense. This class is for all levels and is a great way to meet other people in the gym who love this sport.
